The twelfth day of Christmas…..

So, all the decorations have to be down by midnight or we all turn into pumpkins – or something like that…..  a light-hearted glimpse of the year ahead  –

For Christmas 2011, my true love sent to me:
12 months of increased Direct Payments
11 projects showing value for money
10 new style day opportunities
9 T per cent satisfied customers
8 inspectors dancing
7 courses for Personal Assistants
6 weeks of Intermediate Care
5 gold stars (?!)
4 calling cards (from other Local Authorities wanting to know how you did it)
3  Social Enterprises
2 good practice awards
And a Director who’s really very pleased!!
