Make the most of every moment…

An inspirational note to start the NewYear from the lovely Kate Swaffer (@kateswaffer) – living with dementia in Australia and challenging us all to love more and make the most of every moment. Wishing all readers of BOTH of our blogs a happy and successful 2013!

Happy New yearHappy New Year. I wish you every Blessing and a year full of peace and personal growth. Let the road be long and winding, with enough bumps to get us to sit up and take notice of how good life is once we recover! Whatever you get up to this year, do it with gusto and passion, and more love than you have before. Unconditional love, and friendship will be at the centre of my heart.
