In the (baby) shoes of… newborn twins ;-)

Finding the right balance between Patient experience, Effectiveness and Safety can be described in a 200 page report. (I did not go to the trouble of finding a 200 page report. I think people will believe me.)

I tend to prefer something visual: a simple chart.

But personally, for me this photo says it all 😉

This wonderful picture by Powerful Pictures  (@Powerful_Pics ) is so symbolic of the change we want to see in care services .  It caught my imagination. And apparently a few other people’s too as it has been very popular on Twitter and hundreds of people have enjoyed it. I hope you do too.
